In order to ascertain the compatibility of the intervention with the landscape, the law requires the preparation of documentation:
simplified landscape authorisation: with standardised models and a procedure to be completed within a maximum of 60 days,
ordinary landscape authorisation: for significant interventions and with a longer procedure (up to a maximum of 120 days) and preparation of a landscape report with the contents required by the regulation.
The identification of the structuring and characterising aspects of the landscape context and the representation of the modifications introduced by the project constitute two factors that play a fundamental role in the drafting of Landscape Compatibility Studies and in the positive outcome of the relative procedures. This awareness has led Iride to develop a working method for the analysis of the landscape context and representation techniques through the creation of realistic photo-interpretations, applied on numerous occasions and crowned by the positive outcome of the procedures.
